  • 6 large cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups cooked white rice (preferably day-old)
  • 1 scallion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. In the same pan, scramble the egg until partially cooked.

  4. Mix in the reserved fried garlic for added flavor. Adjust seasonings if necessary.
