  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits each)
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 3 tsp garlic powder (total)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, cheddar cheese, 2 tsp garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Open and flatten each biscuit into a circle about 4 inches wide.
  4. Place a tablespoon of meat mixture in the center of each biscuit. Fold the edges over and pinch to seal.
  5. Place bombs on a greased baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and remaining garlic powder.
