Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 fat content recommended)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits each)
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
- 3 tsp garlic powder (total)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, cheddar cheese, 2 tsp garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Open and flatten each biscuit into a circle about 4 inches wide.
- Place a tablespoon of meat mixture in the center of each biscuit. Fold the edges over and pinch to seal.
- Place bombs on a greased baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and remaining garlic powder.
