  • 1 cup long grain white rice
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 8 ounces chicken broth
  • 8 ounces whole milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Rinse rice in a fine mesh sieve until water runs clear to remove excess starch.
