- 4 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 5–6 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions

- Season the sirloin steak cubes with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs. In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon olive oil and 2 tablespoons butter. Sear the steak in batches for about 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
- Reduce heat to medium-low. Add remaining butter and minced garlic to the skillet, sautéing until fragrant (about 1 minute). Return cooked potatoes to the skillet and toss everything together.
