  • 1 pound rotini pasta
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon banana pepper juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 5 ounces salami
  • 6 ounces deli turkey breast
  • 8 ounces sliced provolone cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup banana pepper rings
  • 1/4 red onion

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta in a large pot of boiling water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, banana pepper juice, garlic powder, and oregano until smooth.
  3. Chop the salami, turkey, provolone cheese, red onion, and halved cherry tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
