  • 12 oz package of King’s Hawaiian rolls
  • 16 oz thinly sliced deli ham
  • 78 oz sliced Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter
  • Poppy seeds
  • Brown sugar
  • Dijon mustard
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and toast the bottom buns in the oven for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Spread mayonnaise (if using) on the bottom buns.
  4. Layer ham and cheese on the bottom buns, then place the top buns on.
  5. Melt butter and mix with poppy seeds, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour the butter mixture over the top buns evenly.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes uncovered; cover with foil and bake another 10 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before cutting into sliders.
