- 12 oz package of King’s Hawaiian rolls
- 16 oz thinly sliced deli ham
- 7–8 oz sliced Swiss cheese
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter
- Poppy seeds
- Brown sugar
- Dijon mustard
- Worcestershire sauce
- Onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and toast the bottom buns in the oven for 3-5 minutes.
- Spread mayonnaise (if using) on the bottom buns.
- Layer ham and cheese on the bottom buns, then place the top buns on.
- Melt butter and mix with poppy seeds, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the butter mixture over the top buns evenly.
- Bake for 10 minutes uncovered; cover with foil and bake another 10 minutes.
