  • 1 1/2 lbs medium raw shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 1/2 lbs broccoli (cut into florets)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat with olive oil and one tablespoon of butter.
  2. Add broccoli, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until crisp-tender (4-6 minutes). Set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter.
  4. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until they turn pink (1-2 minutes).
  5. Stir in minced garlic, paprika, and onion powder. Cook for another minute before adding vegetable stock and hot sauce; simmer briefly.
  6. Return broccoli to the skillet; drizzle lemon juice over both shrimp and broccoli. Heat through for another 2 minutes.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
