Ingredients
- 2 cups whole almonds
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the almonds evenly on the baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- In a medium saucepan, combine butter, honey, and water over medium heat until melted.
- Once the almonds are done roasting, immediately add them to the saucepan and stir until well-coated.
- In a small bowl, mix together cinnamon, brown sugar, and salt.
- Transfer coated almonds back onto the baking sheet and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Allow to cool completely before serving.
