Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole almonds
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the almonds evenly on the baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. In a medium saucepan, combine butter, honey, and water over medium heat until melted.
  4. Once the almonds are done roasting, immediately add them to the saucepan and stir until well-coated.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together cinnamon, brown sugar, and salt.
  6. Transfer coated almonds back onto the baking sheet and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.
  7. Allow to cool completely before serving.
