- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tablespoon oil (for frying)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine honey and dark soy sauce to create the glaze.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and ground pepper, rubbing evenly.
- Dredge each fillet in flour, shaking off excess.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat; ensure it doesn't burn.
- Brush one side of the salmon fillets with glaze and place that side down in the skillet.
- Brush the top side with more glaze and cook for 3 minutes on each side until caramelized and cooked through.
- Remove from heat, let rest briefly, then serve hot.
