  • 12 pack rolls (recommended: Kings Hawaiian rolls)
  • 6 oz package thinly sliced ham
  • 5 oz package thinly sliced salami
  • 5 oz package thinly sliced pepperoni
  • 9 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/3 cup sliced pepperoncini
  • 1/3 cup sliced pickled hot cherry peppers
  • 1/4 cup melted salted butter
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. On a baking sheet, lay the bottom half of the rolls. Layer with ham, salami, pepperoni, and provolone cheese. Top with pepperoncini and hot cherry peppers before placing the top half of the rolls back on.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Italian seasoning, and crushed garlic. Brush this mixture generously over the top of the sliders.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for approximately 30 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Slice into portions and serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
