- 2 cups water (for syrup)

- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
- 3 cups water (for lemonade; sparkling or coconut water optional)

Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine chopped peaches, sugar, and 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat while stirring frequently.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes until peaches are soft. Remove from heat and cool for 30 minutes.
- Strain the mixture through a sieve to separate the syrup from peach pulp.
- Juice two lemons and mix approximately 1 cup of peach syrup with lemon juice in a large pitcher. Add 3 cups of your chosen water and stir well.
