- 1 cup chopped sweet onion
- 2 hard-cooked eggs
- 2–4 mini sweet peppers
- 1 cup shredded Irish cheese (Dubliner)
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- Fresh herbs (tarragon, thyme, basil)
Instructions
