Ingredients
- 2 containers (15 oz each) ricotta cheese
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1 box (15.25 oz) chocolate cake mix
- ½ cup canola or vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 3 large eggs (for pudding)
- 1 box (5 oz) instant chocolate pudding
- 3 cups cold milk
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, blend ricotta cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and room temperature eggs until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine chocolate cake mix, oil, and water; mix until blended.
