Ingredients
- 250 g dark chocolate
- 200 g milk chocolate
- 200 g butter
- 150 g golden syrup
- 100 g malted milk biscuits
- 75 g mini marshmallows
- 200 g Maltesers
Instructions
- Line an 8" square tin with baking paper and grease it lightly.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter, golden syrup, dark chocolate, and milk chocolate over low heat while stirring until smooth. Let cool for 10 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine broken biscuits, marshmallows, and Maltesers.
- Pour two-thirds of the cooled chocolate mixture over the fillings and stir until well-coated.
- Transfer the mixture into the lined tin and smooth it down; pour remaining chocolate on top if desired.
- Top with extra Maltesers and tap the tin gently to remove air bubbles.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours or overnight until set.
