Ingredients

  • 250 g dark chocolate
  • 200 g milk chocolate
  • 200 g butter
  • 150 g golden syrup
  • 100 g malted milk biscuits
  • 75 g mini marshmallows
  • 200 g Maltesers

Instructions

  1. Line an 8" square tin with baking paper and grease it lightly.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter, golden syrup, dark chocolate, and milk chocolate over low heat while stirring until smooth. Let cool for 10 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine broken biscuits, marshmallows, and Maltesers.
  4. Pour two-thirds of the cooled chocolate mixture over the fillings and stir until well-coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture into the lined tin and smooth it down; pour remaining chocolate on top if desired.
  6. Top with extra Maltesers and tap the tin gently to remove air bubbles.
  7. Chill in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours or overnight until set.
  8. Slice into pieces and enjoy!
