- 1 cup fresh spinach (chopped)

- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 small tomato (diced)
- 1/4 cup red onion (thinly sliced)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for frying)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella, feta, spinach, tomato, red onion, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Lay one tortilla flat and place one-fourth of the filling mixture on half of the tortilla.
- Fold the tortilla over to cover the filling completely.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Cook the filled tortilla for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown, pressing gently with a spatula.
- Remove from heat, let cool slightly, slice into wedges, and serve warm.
