  • 4½ cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 4 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can unsalted cream of chicken soup
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers (crushed)
  • 5 Tbsp butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF and lightly spray a 9×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped chicken, cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and cream of chicken soup until mixed well. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter until combined. Sprinkle this topping over the chicken mixture.
  4. Bake uncovered for 30 to 40 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
