Ingredients
- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips (divided)
- 11 ounces butterscotch chips (divided)
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter (divided)
- 3 cups Cocoa Pebbles (divided)
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup evaporated milk
- 7 ounces marshmallow creme
- ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 ½ cups roasted (lightly salted peanuts, coarsely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 11 ounces bag KRAFT caramels or caramel bits
- ¼ cup evaporated milk
Instructions
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish or line with parchment paper.
- Melt half of the semi-sweet chocolate chips and butterscotch chips together with half a cup of peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Mix in 1 cup of Cocoa Pebbles and press into the dish.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, evaporated milk, and butter over medium heat until melted. Stir in marshmallow creme and remaining peanut butter, then fold in Cocoa Pebbles and spread over the chocolate layer.
- Melt remaining caramels with evaporated milk; stir in chopped peanuts and pour over nougat layer.
- Melt remaining chocolate chips and butterscotch chips; spread over the cooled layers.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour before cutting into squares.
