  • 16 ounces chocolate (semi-sweet, milk, or white)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Crush the Oreos in a blender or food processor until fine crumbs form. Transfer to a mixing bowl and set aside 1-2 tablespoons of crumbs for later.
  3. Add softened cream cheese to the cookie crumbs and mix using a handheld mixer until combined.
  4. Roll tablespoon-sized portions into balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Freeze for at least 20 minutes.
  5. Melt your choice of chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  6. Dip each frozen ball into the melted chocolate and return to the baking sheet. Sprinkle reserved crumbs on top if desired.
