- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk

- 2 cups blueberries (divided)
- 2 loaves cubed French bread
- 2 cups milk
- 8 eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in powdered sugar and milk, then add half of the vanilla extract.
- Layer half of the cubed French bread in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with half of the cream cheese mixture and one cup of blueberries. Repeat layers.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, remaining vanilla extract, cinnamon powder, and nutmeg. Pour evenly over the layered casserole.
