  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 23 garlic cloves
  • 9oz baby spinach
  • 5oz cream cheese
  • 1oz parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Reserve at least 1/2 cup of cooking water before draining.

  4. Mix in cream cheese and 1/3 cup reserved pasta water; stir well.
