Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
- 1 (8-ounce) container dairy-free cream cheese
- 1–2 tablespoons light agave nectar (or sugar/maple syrup)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups peaches (sliced)
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Thaw puff pastry at room temperature for 30–40 minutes. Soften cream cheese for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Beat softened cream cheese with sweetener and vanilla until smooth.
