  • 1 head butter lettuce

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in minced garlic, diced onion, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and other flavorings. Cook until onions are soft (about 2 minutes).
  3. Mix in water chestnuts and season with salt and pepper. Heat for an additional minute.
