Ingredients
- 2 medium flour tortillas
- 1/2 lb thinly sliced beef (ribeye or top round)
- 1/2 medium onion (chopped)
- 1/2 red pepper (diced)
- 1/2 green pepper (diced)
- 6 oz mushrooms (diced)
- 3 slices provolone cheese
- 1 Tbsp light olive oil
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Remove from skillet.
