  • 1 bag Oreos (36 cookies)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 2 cups pretzels
  • 12 oz candy coating (white or dark chocolate)
  • 1 batch homemade salted caramel
  • Crushed pretzels for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, finely crush the Oreos until sandy; transfer to a bowl.
  2. Crush the pretzels in the food processor until small pieces; add to Oreo mixture.
  3. Mix in cream cheese until a dough forms.
  4. Portion out dough into heaping tablespoons and flatten into disks on parchment paper.
  5. Add ½ tsp of salted caramel to the center of each disk and fold over to form balls.
  6. Freeze for 1 hour until firm.
  7. Melt candy coating and roll each frozen ball in it until fully coated.
  8. Drizzle additional salted caramel on top if desired.
