  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • Optional: 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas and mix with pumpkin puree, eggs, melted butter, brown sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices.
  4. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture without overmixing. Stir in optional nuts or chocolate chips if desired.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 55–65 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Let cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
