- 560 g pumpkin purée
- 150 g oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 300 g butter
- 150 g full-fat cream cheese
- 540 g powdered sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 9-inch round baking pans.
- Mix dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, pumpkin spice) in one bowl.

- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients; mix until just combined.
