  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon (for streusel)
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger (for streusel)
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg (for streusel)
  • ¼ cup (57g) unsalted butter, melted (for streusel)
  • 1 cup (112g) powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 2 teaspoons milk (for glaze)
  • 1 teaspoon maple flavoring (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and prepare a muffin pan with liners.
  2. 2. Mix flour, sugars, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices in a large bowl.
