  • 2 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (for topping)
  • 1 cup sugar (for topping)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In one bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, salt, baking powder, and pumpkin spice.
  3. In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, melted butter, and milk.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients; fold gently until just combined.
  5. Spoon the batter into the donut pan halfway full.
  6. Bake for about 12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool slightly before brushing with melted butter and rolling in cinnamon sugar.
