Instructions

  2. Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet. Chill until firm.
  3. Coat each ball in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then roll in breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet to 350°F (175°C) and fry the balls in batches for about 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
  5. For the dipping sauce, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, pickle relish, hot sauce, and smoked paprika in a bowl.
