- 1 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
- 1/2 cup softened unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
Instructions

- In one bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix well.
