Ingredients
- 2 heads cauliflower
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 500ºF (260ºC).
- Remove outer leaves from the cauliflower and trim the stem. Cut each head in half lengthwise and slice into 1½-inch thick steaks.
- In a small bowl, mix kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Drizzle olive oil over both sides of each steak, then season generously with the spice mixture.
- Cover the baking sheet tightly with aluminum foil and roast for 5 minutes. Remove foil and continue roasting for another 10 minutes before flipping and roasting until golden brown (6-8 minutes).
- Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with chopped parsley.
