Instructions
- Prepare the cheesecake filling by mixing cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Transfer to a piping bag and refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, beat softened butter with both sugars until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
