Ingredients

- 4 large egg yolks
- 2 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions
