  • 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Vegetable oil for frying
