  • 2 pounds large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 ounces shredded medium cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a casserole dish with butter.
  2. In a large pot, boil salted water with Old Bay seasoning. Add shrimp and cook until opaque (about 30 seconds). Drain and transfer to a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix in mayonnaise, garlic powder, black pepper, and both cheeses until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the greased casserole dish.
  5. In a small bowl, melt butter and mix with panko breadcrumbs. Sprinkle over the shrimp mixture.
