- 450g ground beef
- 450g ground pork sausage
- 12 medium shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 4 cups cooked white rice
- 1.5 cups mixed onions and bell peppers (finely chopped)
- 480ml chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
- 1/4 cup plain flour
- 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 3 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Season shrimp with seafood seasoning.
