- 1 tsp garlic (minced)
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp dried basil
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- Fresh basil (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced sausage and sauté until browned (about 3-4 minutes). Remove from skillet.
- Lower heat to medium; add remaining oil and vegetables to the skillet.
- Sprinkle with seasonings and stir well; cook until vegetables are tender (about 5 minutes).
- Return sausage to the skillet with minced garlic; stir and cook for a few more minutes until heated through.
