Ingredients

  • ½ cup whipped cream cheese
  • ½ avocado, thinly sliced
  • ½ cucumber, cut into matchsticks
  • 2 tablespoons minced chives
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Lay plastic wrap on a clean surface and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Arrange the smoked salmon slices in a rectangle over the seeds.
