Ingredients
- 1½ cups cinnamon graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup salted butter (melted)
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- ½ cup granulated white sugar
- 8 ounces whipped topping
- ¾ cup marshmallow cream
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ¾ cup mini marshmallows
- ½ cup chopped graham crackers
- ½ cup chopped Hershey chocolate bars
Instructions
- Prepare a 9×9 inch baking pan by spraying it with cooking spray or lining it with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter to form the crust. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan and refrigerate.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Add whipped topping and marshmallow cream; mix until combined. Spread over the chilled crust.
- For ganache, heat heavy cream until bubbling around the edges, then pour over chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl. Let sit for 3 minutes; stir until smooth.
- Pour ganache over cheesecake layer and top with mini marshmallows, chopped graham crackers, and Hershey's chocolate pieces.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before slicing into bars and serving cold.
