Ingredients
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup sourdough discard
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a stand mixer bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
- Add garlic salt, olive oil, and sourdough discard to the yeast mixture. Gradually mix in the flour using the dough hook until smooth.
- Transfer the dough to a greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let it rise in a warm place for about 20 minutes.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle and transfer it to a greased baking sheet.
