- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 – 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 – 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, blend together sour cream, mayonnaise, and cream cheese until smooth.
- Stir in chopped artichokes, drained spinach, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Adjust seasoning as needed.
