  • 1 bag frozen chopped spinach (10 oz) – thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 block cream cheese (8 oz) – softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 sheet puff pastry – thawed but cold
  • 1 egg (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, Parmesan, mayo, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and thawed spinach. Mix well until smooth.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface into a rectangle. Spread the spinach mixture evenly across the pastry, leaving one long edge empty.
  3. Roll the pastry tightly from the filled end into a log shape. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Slice the chilled log into half-inch rounds and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
