Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Cream together softened butter and sweeteners until fluffy.
  3. Mix in pureed pumpkin, egg, and vanilla until combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together almond flour, spices, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet mixture without overmixing.
  6. Form balls of dough on a silicone-lined baking sheet and flatten slightly.
