Ingredients
- 1 pound rotini
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 15 ounces canned black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 8 ounces canned corn (drained)
- 2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
- 16 ounces Catalina dressing
- 9 ounces Nacho Cheese Doritos (crushed)
Instructions
- Cook the rotini in boiling water until al dente; drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with taco seasoning and a little water until cooked through.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, seasoned beef, black beans, corn, and cherry tomatoes.
- Whisk together Catalina dressing and sour cream; pour over salad mixture and stir to combine.
