Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, sauté diced onion in olive oil until soft (3-4 minutes), then add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned (5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, beef broth, tomato paste, and softened cream cheese. Cook until the sauce thickens (2-3 minutes).
  5. Toss cooked spaghetti into the sauce along with shredded cheese until evenly coated.
