Ingredients
- 48–60 frozen tater tots
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, freshly shredded
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 green onions, sliced (green part only)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450ºF. Spray a muffin pan generously with cooking spray.
- Place 2-3 tater tots in each mini muffin cup (4-5 for regular size) and bake for 10 minutes until slightly crisp.
- Press the bottom of a greased shot glass into each tater tot pile to create cups. Bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Add about 1 tablespoon of shredded cheese to each cup and bake for another 4-5 minutes until melted.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with sour cream, crumbled bacon, and sliced green onions before serving warm.
