- 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, egg, melted butter (1 Tbsp), sugar, and salt. Mix briefly.
- Gradually add flour until dough is smooth but not sticky. Knead for about three minutes.
- Cover and let rise in a warm area for one hour.
- While the dough rises, prepare the filling by blending softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread the filling evenly. Roll tightly and slice into eight pieces using dental floss.
- Place in a greased baking pan and let rise again for about 30 minutes.
