Ingredients
- 14 to 16 ounces firm tofu
- 1/2 cup unsweetened nondairy milk
- 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 6 large tortillas
- 12 slices vegan cheese
- 3 small avocados
- 4 cups chopped kale
