- 8 oz spaghetti or preferred pasta

- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth

Instructions
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
