  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/41/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 pound lump crabmeat
  • 2 cups artichoke hearts
  • 3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • Fresh scallions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and coat a baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic, hot sauce (if desired), and Parmigiano Reggiano until smooth.
  3. Fold in half of the Monterey Jack cheese, half of the cheddar cheese, and scallions.
  4. Gently add artichoke hearts and crabmeat; season with salt and pepper.
  5. Transfer mixture to the baking dish; top with remaining cheeses.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until hot and bubbly. Garnish with parsley before serving.
